Entitled Route Application for students

Portfolios must be submitted by the following dates for 2008 to be considered by the IDC office. Those received after these dates will be processed on the next submission date.

• May 16
• July 18
• September 19
• November 14

Forms

The following forms are for persons who have already applied for the Illinois Director Credential and have received their binder to begin the process. Assessment of Prior Learning (APL) Forms
The Assessment of Prior Learning process is designed to award applicants points toward their Illinois Director Credential through learning and experience on the job, as opposed to through specific college course work. This process is available only to those applicants who have already had all of their coursework and trainings evaluated. If you would like to go through this process, please call the Gateways to Opportunity office at 888.548.8080 to speak to a Professional Development Counselor. Samples of approved APL's will be coming soon to the website
