Jennett D. Caldwell has been employed with the Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity Inc, since 1983 in various positions. Her current position is the Program Manager for the Early Head Start Program. PCCEO’s Early Head Start Program is a quality Early Childhood program which provides:

Comprehensive Health and Mental Health Services including services to women before, during and after pregnancy.
Home Visits, especially for families with children 0-3 years old including newborns, infants and toddlers.
Nutrition Education, GED resources
Disability Services
Support Services

She attributes her success to her parents Jay Travis and Lenora Spicer who recognized her potential and encouraged her to do more. Jennett is married to Vasser Caldwell, III who loves creating and building beautiful wood projects.
