Sandra entered the early childhood education field because she wanted to work
with young children. She became a Director early on and has enjoyed the many
challenges of administering a rural faith based program to large urban
low-income early care and education programs. She has currently been with Erie
Neighborhood House for eight years!
As a NAEYC validator, Sandra is able to observe the many talented and dedicated
staff in centers. She continues to learn about young children and how to
support their teachers.
This year in Montreal, Canada, Sandra will be attending her third World Forum
for Early Care and Education. At this forum she will share her experiences and
learn with other ECE professionals from around the globe.
