PDA ResearchThe Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) has concluded a two-year research study, with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focused on an effective statewide advisement model for early care and education practitioners in Illinois. The research, conducted from 2007 to 2009 by the Family Resiliency Center and supported by Lilian Katz, examined the Gateways to Opportunity Professional Development Advisement (PDA) Program.
