Entitled RouteThe Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) has developed a Participant Application for all of its programs and services. Applicants must complete this Participant Application in order to apply for any INCCRRA program (Great START, Gateways Scholarship Program, Professional Development Advisor Program, and/or Gateways Credentials). Each of these specific programs has an additional supplemental application that complements the Participant Application. To apply for an entitled route credential, please complete the Participant Application with the Entitled Credential Supplement in blue or black ink. All credential applications must be submitted with an application fee payable by check* or credit card. **Please contact the Gateways faculty member at your institution to obtain all the credential documentation necessary to complete the credential process.
