Gateways to Opportunity Online Statewide Training Calendar
A new searchable, online Statewide Training Calendar is now available.
This comprehensive, Statewide Training Calendar lists professional development events (e.g. workshops, conferences, and training series) that practitioners need in order to meet licensing requirements, obtain credentials, and work toward the Quality Rating System (QRS).
The Statewide Training Calendar lists trainings that have been Registry-approved as well as trainings offered through the states’ Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Agencies. You can search the calendar in many ways: by date, by county, or CCR&R Service Delivery Area (SDA), and by topic (by CDA content area, Gateways content area, and keywords). You can query the calendar to see which trainings have been approved for points that can be applied to earning a Gateways credential or that meet requirements of QRS.
Look for changes in the Statewide Training Calendar—in the next phase, other agencies within Illinois will be invited to post trainings on the calendar to provide a more comprehensive picture of professional development opportunities in Illinois.
