To Apply Online
The online application is a TWO PART process. To ensure that your complete application is ready for processing, you need to submit both parts.
Part One:
- Become a Gateways Registry Member and log into your Registry Dashboard.
- If your contact and employment information has changed, choose Update.
- After you have updated your information, go back to the My Registry and choose Apply.
- Select Gateways Scholarship Program tab and choose Apply Now.
- Complete the steps and choose Submit Application.
Part Two:
- Once you have submitted your online application, you will see the Online Application Packet. Print this packet, sign it, and have your director sign it, if applicable.
- Read the list of required documents. Gather and mail all required documents and the Online Application Packet.

After your complete application is received and reviewed, you will be notified of your eligibility by email.
To Apply by Paper
- Be a Gateways Registry member. If you are not already a member, register here.
- Complete the pdf Gateways Scholarship Supplement Application and Information Update Form (1.68 MB) .
- Gather and mail all required documents, using the checklist provided in the application.

To Renew
Remember, you must continue to meet all Gateways Scholarship Program requirements to have a scholarship renewed, including submitting grades at the end of each term and paying your portion of tuition.
