Family Child Care Credential

 

The Family Child Care (FCC) Credential is for professionals working as family child care providers or assistants for children ages birth through 12 years. To earn the FCC Credential you will need to have specific levels of training, education and experience.


Attention: Through the Preschool Development Grant, Gateways Credential applications are FREE for a limited time on a first-come, first-served basis for those seeking new Credentials or level advancing their current Credential. This does not include renewals.

Steps to Apply-New & Level Advance:

  1. Become a Gateways Registry member.
  2. Download the pdf Credential Application (482 KB) .
  3. Request your official transcripts be sent to Gateways from any accredited college or university you attended. An accredited college or university can send official transcripts electronically to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  If INCCRRA already has official transcripts on file you do not need to resend.
  4. Mail these documents to:
