Lead Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain a Montessori-prepared environment that promotes independence and hands-on learning.
Guide children through Montessori lessons, encouraging their natural curiosity and development.
Observe and assess each child’s growth and progress, documenting developmental milestones.
Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive classroom community.
Collaborate with assistant teachers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, conferences, and progress reports.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in professional development and school events as required.
