Tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, the individual will facilitate developmentally appropriate lesson plans, including activities during Family Style Dining, and implement the adopted curriculum tailored to young learners' needs. Additionally, managing classroom behavior, individualizing instruction, and conducting essential screenings and assessments are key duties. This role requires maintaining meticulous records, scheduling and conducting home visits and parent-teacher conferences, and obtaining as well as managing child outcome data efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
