This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our center, ensuring that we provide exceptional care and education to our children. The Assistant Director will play a key role in leadership, staff management, and program development.
Responsibilities
Assist the Director in managing the overall operations of the child care center.
Support staff in implementing educational programs and maintaining a safe environment.
Oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Assist in budgeting and financial management for the center.
Foster positive relationships with parents, children, and staff to promote a collaborative community.
Participate in strategic planning to enhance program offerings and improve services.
Must meet DCFS requirements for Director.
