We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Preschool For All Paraprofessional to join our team and provide high-quality education and care to young children. The paraprofessional will be responsible in assisting the teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans, supervising and interacting with children, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.
Qualifications:


• Illinois Paraprofessional license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a para-professional or teaching assistant
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
