Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that cater to the needs of young learners;
Maintain portfolio and assessments on each child using Teaching Strategies Gold system;
Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning;
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians;
Collaborate with families to support children's educational journeys;
Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
