Job Title
Lead Teacher

• Child Care & Supervision: Provide attentive care for children from infancy through preschool age, ensuring health and safety at all times.
• Curriculum & Learning: Plan and implement daily activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills in alignment with state standards and center philosophy.
• Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom; follow sanitation and safety protocols.
• Family Communication: Build positive relationships with parents/guardians, provide daily updates, and participate in conferences or parent meetings as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with co-teachers, aides, and support staff; assist with training new staff when requested.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate attendance records, incident reports, and developmental observations; adhere to licensing regulations and center policies.
