Job Title
Daycare Director

Ensure full compliance with all DCFS, state, and local regulations.
Oversee daily operations, staffing ratios, and classroom supervision.
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for all age groups.
Supervise, evaluate, and train all teaching and support staff.
Maintain accurate records (attendance, incident reports, staff files, DCFS forms).
Coordinate with parents on child progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Manage enrollment, tours, and parent communications.
Maintain licensing, safety, health, and fire inspection readiness.
Develop and manage annual budget, payroll approval, and purchasing.
Serve as primary point of contact with DCFS licensing representatives.
