Infant Lead Teacher

We're a close-knit preschool / childcare center in Chicago's South Loop where infant teachers are valued — not just needed. Our lead teachers have real ownership of their classrooms, a voice in curriculum decisions, and a director who shows up for them daily.
You'll work with small groups, have a dedicated assistant, and get the time and resources to do this work the way it should be done — with patience, intention, and joy.
