Infant Toddler Child Care Specialist

Community Child Care Connection, Inc. currently has an opening for a Full-Time Infant Toddler Child Care Specialist (ITCCS). The Infant Toddler Child Care Specialist works directly with child care providers to plan and implement continuous quality improvement within their child care program, with a specialty in infants, toddlers and two-year-olds. The ITCCS works as part of the Child Care Resource and Referral Team to improve the quality of care in programs throughout our service area by providing on-site consultation and technical assistance, by collaborating with providers via phone, email, virtually and in-person, and by providing trainings to assist providers in their personal growth as care givers and educators.
