Birth to 3 Assistant Teachers:
Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Assist and execute age-appropriate weekly lesson plans
Participate actively with peers through communication, collaboration, and curriculum
Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences to discuss daily routines, transitions, and developmental goals
Are responsible for submitting documentation on behalf of students and classroom requirements for funding streams
Keep up to date with licensing requirements for education and experience
