Developing current lesson plans based on school curriculum
Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with them to support play and exploration.
Communicating with parents in a professional and consistent way
Creating a positive learning environment in the classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning
Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level
