The Assistant Director partners with the Director to oversee the daily operations of the Early Learning Center and ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children, families, and staff. This position provides leadership, supports classroom operations, ensures compliance with DCFS licensing standards, and serves as Acting Director in the Director's absence.
