We are seeking a caring, organized, and energetic Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, skilled in classroom management, and committed to supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Lead teachers provide mentoring to their assistant teachers/support staff and maintain a smooth daily classroom routine.
