Director of Early Childhood Operations
Job Description - (140 character limit)
Under the supervision of the Director, the Director of Operations provides leadership, oversight, and
management of the Multicultural Center’s educational programs and daily operations. This position is
responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and supervising educational services
while ensuring high-quality care for children, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment
with the Center’s mission and philosophy. Programs overseen include Preschool for All (ages 3–5),
before-school programs, after-school programs, and school-age services for children ages 5–12 including
summer camp
