The Entitled Review Group (ERG) is a committee of three professors from three entitled institutions. When a college or university seeks to become entitled to offer the Gateways to Opportunity Credentials, the ERG evaluates all submitted materials to ensure they meet all the Gateways standards as established by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
